I created visuals using reels, Instagram stories, Canva, and videography. This included developing storytelling, scheduling, directing, editing, and producing videos. I also managed social media messaging for all channels.
Using videos to engage with our citizens on social media was a key way to showcase our human side — helping people feel included and see us as more than just a government agency. This approach aligned with our goal of using social media as a powerful tool for community connection and consistently delivered positive results.
All of the collections could be accessed by clicking on individual pieces, and I loved sharing them with others to highlight the impact of our work.
